Chairman Robert Mann
Bob brings 25 years experience in the high tech industry and chairs the Relayware board. He has headed the European operations of a number of US companies, including setting up Siebel Systems in Europe in 1995. Bob has also held board positions with companies in the portfolios of 3i, Advent Ventures, Amadeus Capital, Alliance Trust and Scottish Equity Partners.
Currently, he is chairman of Openbravo and Opensource ERP software company focusing in the retail sector as well as Linkfresh, a Microsoft Dynamics ERP partner which focuses on the food industry. He also sits on the advisory board of First Capital, a technology corporate finance advisor.
CEO Gordon Rapkin
Gordon has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry, and has served as CEO of three technology companies. His career has focused on practical business applications of technology, and he has performed or led nearly every corporate function, holding senior executive positions at several public, private equity-backed, and venture capital-backed companies. He has also served on public and private company boards of directors.
Gordon has built and led teams across the globe, with experience selling through both direct sales and channel partners. He holds a law degree (JD) and MBA from Emory University.
Chief PRODUCT OfficerVeronica Brunwin
Veronica has overall responsibility for the Relayware product, driving both its strategic direction and execution of the product road map process. She is passionate about delivering a great user experience to Relayware's users and spends as much time as possible talking to our customers to identify their needs, both current and future.
Prior to taking on this role, Veronica was our senior Solutions Consultant, working with customers to deliver successful partner programs using Relayware. She has extensive experience of both CRM and PRM, having previously worked in channel marketing for Sequent Computers, and as a consultant for Accenture, Vodafone, Sybase, Rolls Royce and DecisionPoint. Veronica studied at Oxford University and holds an MA in Physics.
Non-Executive DirectorPaul Brennan
Paul Brennan has 30 years of global business development experience in the IT sector. He has held numerous Executive Chairman and CEO roles at private and publicly owned companies, in Europe and the US, with a particular focus on growing early-stage businesses into global markets.
Paul is currently Chairman of OnApp and Truegroups and also holds a number of other non Executive Directorships across Europe. Previously he was Chairman and CEO at Zeus Technology, which sold to Riverbed in July 2011. He was also Chairman of Apptix ASA and VisionOSS, partner and CEO of Korral Partners, and Chairman of Xtractor AS and Trustix AS, among others.
Paul has also been CEO of Metamerge AS, where he managed the company through its successful acquisition by IBM. Prior to that, he established European operations for Actional Corporation and NetFRAME Systems Inc. Paul was also European Sales & Marketing Director for EQUANT, and was part of the European management team through its successful dual listings on the New York and Paris exchanges.
Paul started his career with 10 years at IBM Corporation in Europe and Australia, after graduating with a degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Sydney.
Partner, Albion VenturesEmil Gigov
Emil is a partner in Albion Ventures LLP, one of the largest independent venture capital investors in the UK. He started investing in young, fast growing businesses in 2000 and since then has made and managed investments in over 30 separate companies. His investment experience spans a number of sectors, including technology, media, engineering, healthcare, education, business services and leisure.
Prior to his career in venture capital Emil spent six years with KPMG in London, latterly in their Corporate Finance practice. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and has a BA (Hons) Degree in European Business Administration from the European Business School in London.
Alliances Strategy Director - MDM at OracleJennifer Kula
As an accomplished senior strategic executive, Jennifer has deep experience in partner and business development, enabling success for both start-ups as well as global tech companies. Jennifer brings her vast understanding of the multiple layers of partner strategy, joint value creation and delivery, technical and go-to-market alliances.
Today, in Jennifer's role at Oracle, she oversees the company's MDM alliance strategy. Previously, she provided her technical knowledge and industry experience to Panaya, Partner Smart, Cloudshield Technologies, Relayware and IDC, among others. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
Partner, Amadeus CapitalRichard Anton
Richard also serves as Chairman of the Tel Aviv University Trust and is a former Chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Prior to Amadeus, Richard worked as a management consultant, a hands-on finance and business development executive and a turnaround manager. Entering venture capital in 1994 he joined Apax Partners, where he made a number of early stage investments, the best known of which was software company Autonomy. Richard subsequently became director of business development and finance at Autonomy. Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA and MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
