Bob brings 25 years experience in the high tech industry and chairs the Relayware board. He has headed the European operations of a number of US companies, including setting up Siebel Systems in Europe in 1995. Bob has also held board positions with companies in the portfolios of 3i, Advent Ventures, Amadeus Capital, Alliance Trust and Scottish Equity Partners. Currently, he sits on the advisory boards of Scottish Equity Partners, the venture capital firm, and First Capital, a technology corporate finance company.
Chief Product Officer
Veronica has overall responsibility for the RelayWare product, driving both its strategic direction and execution of the product road map process. She is passionate about delivering a great user experience to Relayware’s users and spends as much time as possible talking to our customers to identify their needs, both current and future. Prior to taking on this role, Veronica was our senior Solutions Consultant, working with customers to deliver successful partner programs using RelayWare. She has extensive experience of both CRM and PRM, having previously worked in channel marketing for Sequent Computers, and as a consultant for Accenture, Vodafone, Sybase, Rolls Royce and DecisionPoint. Veronica studied at Oxford University and holds an MA in Physics.
Chief Technology Officer
Gawain is the Chief Architect for Relayware. He has led software development at Relayware since 2004 during which time he has been responsible for the technical development and international deployment of the Relayware application for all of our customers. Prior to joining the company, Gawain spent 5 years in the automotive sector creating and enhancing software delivering vehicle locator and integrated CMS systems for manufacturer franchised dealerships and dealer groups. He has a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Information Technology from the UCE and 10 years experience of implementing and deploying complex, enterprise-class internet applications.
Vice President, Customer Success
As VP of Customer Success, Tim is responsible for ensuring that every customer gets the maximal value from its Relayware investment. He serves as the 'voice of the customers' ¬ providing them with key industry insights and best practices to inform their channel strategy and roadmap, while also ensuring their plans and needs are heard within the company. Prior to joining Relayware, Tim was a Principal Analyst with Forrester Research where he helped channel professionals develop and grow their indirect sales, services and delivery channels. Tim is recognized as an expert on cloud computing, mobile and social/collaboration technologies, and their impact on partner relationship management (PRM). Before Forrester, Tim served in various executive management and mentoring roles in the vendor, user, industry analyst, and venture capital aspects of the IT industry. He has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences worldwide and is published widely.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen is responsible for Relayware’s worldwide financial organization. He had previously worked with the company in a non-executive and advisory capacity since 1999. Prior to joining Relayware, Stephen was with Judd Farris a London-based start up recruitment company in the property sector, where his financial control and commercial skills were utilized skillfully to aid the company’s meteoric growth and expansion into Asia and the Pacific Rim, culminating in its successful multi-million dollar acquisition by the NYSE Fortune 1000 MPS Group in 2008.
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 15 years of experience in SaaS technology, marketing automation, mobile apps and cloud collaboration, Jim currently leads the company’s global marketing strategy - overseeing demand generation, product marketing, global communications, and corporate branding efforts. Prior to joining Relayware, Jim spent over a decade in the mobile industry heading up marketing for Antenna Software (acquired by NASDAQ: PEGA) and Fiberlink Communications (acquired by NYSE: IBM). Prior to his time in mobile, Jim was Director of Marketing Services for Responsys (acquired by NYSE: ORCL) where he established the company's marketing consulting practice. Jim started his career in advertising as an Account Executive for Ogilvy & Mather and Lintas Worldwide, and worked for AT&T as a Marketing Director in their Consumer division.
Vice President, Professional Services
With over 15 years IT experience in project management, analysis, design and architecture he brings to the company extensive experience in managing both large enterprise software implementation projects and delivering shrink wrapped software products. Formerly, Simon was Senior Product Development Manager at Sage PLC where he was responsible for the design, development and delivery of a number of Sage applications to the UK & Ireland. Prior to Sage Simon was Principal Consultant at S.A.I.C. Inc working as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager on large CRM, ERP and billing application deployments. Simon previously had very successful 10 year career at Centrica PLC as Strategic Requirements Manager.
