Chief Executive Officer Gordon Rapkin
Gordon has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry, and has served as CEO of three technology companies. His career has focused on practical business applications of technology, and he has performed or led nearly every corporate function, holding senior executive positions at several public, private equity-backed, and venture capital-backed companies. He has also served on public and private company boards of directors.
Gordon has built and led teams across the globe, with experience selling through both direct sales and channel partners. He holds a law degree (JD) and MBA from Emory University.
Chief PRODUCT OfficerVeronica Brunwin
Veronica has overall responsibility for the Relayware product, driving both its strategic direction and execution of the product road map process. She is passionate about delivering a great user experience to Relayware's users and spends as much time as possible talking to our customers to identify their needs, both current and future.
Prior to taking on this role, Veronica was our senior Solutions Consultant, working with customers to deliver successful partner programs using Relayware. She has extensive experience of both CRM and PRM, having previously worked in channel marketing for Sequent Computers, and as a consultant for Accenture, Vodafone, Sybase, Rolls Royce and DecisionPoint. Veronica studied at Oxford University and holds an MA in Physics.
Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Fleissner
With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Jen has previously served as CFO at several private equity and venture-backed growth companies. Most recently, she was the CFO of Archive Systems, a technology enabled document management business. She brings deep knowledge and experience in all financial, human capital and operational aspects of company management. At Relayware, Jen drives the company's global financial operations, strategy and performance.
Chief Revenue OfficerJim DeSocio
Jim oversees and drives Relayware sales, leading both direct and indirect sales channels.
He has over 20 years of extensive experience managing and growing high tech, SaaS sales organizations. In leadership positions at XRS, Antenna Software and Lawson Software he was responsible for the growth of company revenues, including new sales subscriptions, consulting services, subscription renewals and professional services. His strong communication and motivation skills have catapulted his teams' success and exceeded revenue and profit objectives. Notably, after his explosive customer growth at XRS, the company was bought by Omnitracs, a Vista private equity company. And just after three years of strong sales at Lawson Software, he presided over the company's successful IPO.
Chief Technology OfficerRoi Amir
As a veteran software executive and R&D specialist with more than two decades of high tech experience, Roi Amir leads and manages Relayware's R&D team while implementing strategic product management activities.
Prior to Relayware, Amir served as the Director of R&D at NICE Systems, where he established and managed the company's Big Data R&D group responsible for the product's next generation platform and architecture. He also oversaw all engineering aspects in NICE System's acquisition of the Customer Experience Management software Causata, leading the product and technology, building an integration plan and managing its execution. Prior to NICE Systems, Amir led the R&D Infrastructure team at Algotec, where he led the development, design and planning of cross R&D projects.
VP, Professional Services & Key AccountsMatt Williams
Leading Relayware's Professional Services and Enterprise Accounts Success, Matt brings Relayware customers deep knowledge and experience in implementing channel management software and running software/IT projects and programs.
Throughout Matt's career, he has contributed to the rise and success of notable channel programs, including those at IBM, Lenovo and Symantec. His depth of channel management and strategic planning experience has produced meaningful bottom-line results and increased channel revenue, and he drives excellence in client engagement with his customer-focused outlook.
