Recently I went to Florence Italy to present to GE Oil & Gas partners, showing off their new partner portal at the 2015 GE Oil & Gas Annual Meeting.

GE Oil & Gas’ stated mission is to fuel the future by understanding their customers’ businesses, anticipating industry needs and improving customer outcomes. The company knows that channel partners are the key to this journey, and the executives want to ensure that partners have the best experience possible to work to solve customers’ challenges together.

To this end, GE Oil & Gas is working with us here at Relayware to transform their partner experience.

The GE Oil & Gas partner portal Partner+, which is powered by Relayware, is a single, online destination that allows partners to conduct all business with GE Oil & Gas anytime and anywhere.

Relayware enables Partner+ to be the one place for partners to access sales materials, request training, find global events, open support tickets, and grow their business through leadand opportunity management. GE Oil & Gas also involves partners when the company is launching new products, services, & solutions, and the Relayware partner portal also supports that ongoing dialog.

I presented to nearly 100 partners providing an overview of what Partner+ will do for their day-to-day activities, and then afterward, there were five stations with five iPads for hands-on portal access. Each station was devoted to a key aspect of Partner+, where partners could get a sneak preview of the new partner portal.

It was so much fun to talk to so many partners from all corners of the world – from Texas, to the Middle East to Asia, who all spoke at least two languages eloquently. They were all so excited to see how easy the new portal is to use and hear how it will revolutionize the way they do business.

It was an amazing experience for me and transformational for the way these partners will do business.
