Stevie Awards Recognize Relayware’s Strong Leadership in Sales and Customer Services

I’m thrilled to share the news that Relayware is a finalist in THREE categories in the ninth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, which recognizes the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide.

 

To make it to this stage is a wonderful accomplishment. There were over 1,900 entrants from all over the world, and finalists were determined based on their average scores from 139 preliminary judges worldwide, so this is a big deal.

Congratulations to our winners:

Relayware Vice President of Customer Service Gawain Claridge is recognized for continually improving Relayware’s customer experience. He is a finalist in the Customer Service Leader of the Year category.

 

Relayware Account Executive Randy Skipper is recognized for the strategic value and best practices he brings to customers in the sales cycle. He is a finalist in the Technology Industry Sales Representative of the Year category.

 

All of our employees who worked on Relayware’s partnering automation solution, which is being recognized for improving channel partner performance. Our solution is a finalist in the Relationship Management Solution category.

 

Finalists are now going through another round of judging, and when the judges tally their scores, finalists will be recognized as a bronze, silver or gold winner. Results will be revealed during a banquet on Friday, February 27 in Las Vegas.
