Relayware Adds R&D Innovator as Chief Technology Officer

Roi Amir, Formerly of NICE Systems, to Drive Technology Strategy at PRM Software Provider

JERSEY CITY, New Jersey and OXFORD, England – April 19, 2016 Relayware, a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software provider that accelerates channel revenue growth, today announced that Roi Amir has joined as chief technology officer. A veteran software executive and research and development (R&D) specialist with more than two decades of high tech experience, Amir will help lead and manage the R&D team while implementing strategic product management activities.

Prior to Relayware, Amir served as the Director of R&D at NICE Systems, where he established and managed the company’s Big Data R&D group responsible for the product’s next generation platform and architecture. He also oversaw all engineering aspects in NICE System’s acquisition of the Customer Experience Management software Causata, leading the product and technology, building an integration plan and managing its execution. Prior to NICE Systems, Amir led the R&D Infrastructure team at Algotec, where he led the development, design and planning of cross R&D projects. This background will enable Roi to develop the strategy around configurability, scalability of Relayware’s multi-tenant application, the development of its API library and bringing the technical skills needed to add new analytics capabilities to its product line.

“We are thrilled to welcome Roi to the Relayware team, where he will help to lead the technological evolution of PRM,” said Relayware CEO Bob Mann. “His ability to manage and lead large R&D and high tech teams and valuable Big Data analytics experience makes him ideally suited to shaping Relayware’s disruptive technology strategy as we scale the Relayware application and business. Roi’s leadership and insights will be invaluable to our growth as the channel and the technologies supporting it move toward data-driven decision-making.”

“The channel is increasingly important to today’s business landscape, and organizations that rely on their partner networks for growth must focus on improving engagement and collaboration with partners,” said Amir. “Relayware has a successful track record of providing its clients with technology to better understand, service and cultivate their partner relationships. I look forward to joining Relayware to help drive the strategy and innovation of its platform, ensure product quality and performance and add functionality that will help businesses accelerate revenue growth from the channel.”
