Relayware Partner Relationship Management

Relayware at the ASAP Tech Forum

By Mike Maturo

On Wednesday of this week, I attended and spoke at the Technology Forum for the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. This is a one-day event that alliance and channel professionals attend to learn about alliance and channel technologies and processes that support digital transformation. I met people from companies like Citrix, Splunk, BeyondTrust and generally chatted about strategies for improving partner program processes and leveraging PRM technology to improve partner engagement, among other topics.

Also, I was inspired to hear from Tiffani Bova from Salesforce, Karen Dougherty from GE Digital, and John Fanelli from NVIDIA talk about the importance of people, in addition to technology, in the keynote session.

In my panel session, we spoke about the “how” of digital transformation, including portals, alliance program management, and collaboration solutions. Meaghan Sullivan was insightful when she shared her transformative experiences at a multinational corporation, SAP.

I enjoy being a part of the ASAP community. I’ve been involved with ASAP’s Tri-State Chapter and having recently moved to San Francisco, looking forward to participating in the vibrant Silicon Valley chapter. I encourage anyone involved in channel management to take a look at ASAP and get involved.
