GENBAND, a global leader in real time communications platforms, held its annual customer conference this past week and Relayware’s portal made a splash. As one of Relayware’s pre-sales engineers, I was on-site with Becky Kendrick, GENBAND’s go-to-market director, and her team to demonstration and showcase the go-to-market tools they make available to their partners and telecom carriers so that they can better sell to their customers.

GENBAND’s portal, powered by Relayware, has a slew of great features that can directly impact the revenue the company's channel partner generate, from training tools to sales collateral and co-branding of marketing materials. GENBAND’s channel partners were excited, calling the portal “powerful,” “note-worthy,” and “valuable to better delivering to my customers.”

I’m fortunate to be working for a company that enables channel organizations to deliver greater value to the marketplace through a simple, intuitive, and powerful interface. And I love when I get to show channel partners the powerful tools at their disposal.
