Relayware Named As Finalist for 2015 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Relayware’s Technology, Sales and Customer Experience Recognized for Innovation and Excellence

Jersey City, NJ & Oxford, UK – February 5, 2015Relayware, a SaaS-based provider of Partnering Automation software, is proud to announce that the company is being recognized as a finalist in the ninth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service in three categories.

  • Relationship Management Solution category: Relayware’s partnering automation solution is recognized for improving channel partner performance.
  • Customer Service Leader of the Year category: Relayware Vice President of Customer Service, Gawain Claridge, is recognized for continually improving Relayware’s customer experience.
  • Technology Industry Sales Representative of the Year category: Randy Skipper is recognized for the strategic value and best practices he brings to customers in the sales cycle.

“We’re thrilled to have our partnering automation platform recognized by such a prestigious organization for its unrivaled ability to manage partner relationships and accelerate partner performance,” said Jim Somers, Relayware’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Also being recognized as a finalist for Sales and Service excellence is the icing on the cake, since it’s our channel expertise combined with our technology that enables us to unlock latent partner value and delight our customers.”

“The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continues to be the fastest-growing of our international awards programs,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The sheer number of nominations is matched by the increasing quality of those nominations. We congratulate all of this year’s finalists and wish them well in the next phase of judging.”

“At a high level, the results from our research confirms what we expected to hear back from channel partners - cloud technology is having a major impact on how they do business with their suppliers,” said Relayware Chief Marketing Officer Jim Somers. “But what really surprised us was the financial hit that poor systems and automation is having on their bottom line.  What’s evident is that vendors who fail to provide the tools partners need to be informed, up-to-date, and responsive will be pushed aside by those that are easier to do business with.”

More than 1,900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 27 percent over 2014. Finalists were determined based on their average scores from 139 preliminary judges worldwide. More than 100 members of several specialized judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the finalists during final judging, to take place January 26 - February 4.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows, including the prestigious International Business Awards and the new German Stevie Awards. The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the U.S. and several other nations are expected to attend.
