Relayware 2014 Delivers Enhanced BI Capability For Deeper Analysis of Partner Engagement, Loyalty and Performance

Oxford, UK & Jersey City, NJ – March 4, 2014Relayware, a SaaS-based provider of partner relationship management (PRM) software, today announced the launch of Relayware 2014, the latest release of its flagship platform that enables enterprises to better automate and optimize partner program performance.  In addition to usability and performance improvements, Relayware 2014 delivers enhancements to partner program analytics, reporting and business intelligence, giving customers deeper visibility into their partner engagement, loyalty and performance.

  • Relayware 2014 provides greater insight into partner activity by collecting more detailed behavioral metrics, such as time logged into the partner portal, files downloaded, pages visited, deals closed, leads passed and more.
  • Customers can set targets for each partner activity to monitor areas of strength and weakness along the partner engagement lifecycle. 
  • Customers have access to a broader set of graphical reports, which can be accessed through a dashboard or emailed.

Advanced Media & Content Reporting

  • Relayware 2014 offers enhanced reporting of content and media downloaded from the partner portal, whether it is a simple PDF file or a more complex training video.
  • Customers can track what, where, when and by whom content is being accessed, giving a deeper level of understanding into which content is driving the greatest value.
  • Advanced filtering capability enables more dynamic and flexible content analysis, whether by individual user, user groups, or an entire organization.

Improved Partner Marketing Reporting

  • Relayware 2014 provides customers with added functionality to analyze the effectiveness of their partner marketing programs.  Customers now have instant visibility into all marketing activities and are able to monitor response activity in real-time.
  • A simpler report layout and deeper contact tracking allows customers to keep tabs on all communication channels with their partners.
  • Customers can track activity stream messages and how they were sent, as well as drill down into the precise communication, email or message content.

Extended Campaign Reporting

  • Relayware 2014 allows customers to plan, execute and report on the success of multi-channel marketing activities.
  • Campaigns developed with opportunity/lead manager, MDF manager, event manager, LMS/training and other platform modules can now be tracked in a Campaign ROI report for wider program analysis.

Salesforce Connector Dashboard

  • Relayware 2014 makes integration with Salesforce.com easier and more reliable than ever with improved diagnostics and advanced reporting.
  • The new Salesforce Connector Dashboard gives customers a real-time view into the health and status of data flowing between Salesforce.com and the Relayware system.
  • Customers can review status updates and drill into error details just by hovering over the Salesforce Sync Status in the dashboard.
