PRM Consultancy
RelayWare is not a strategic consultancy nor are we a marketing agency but we do have partners who specialize in these areas. We do, however have many years experience in deploying world class partner relationship management systems and we are happy to provide our unrivalled consultancy expertise in this area free and as part of the service to RelayWare customers to ensure that their programs are automated and executed in accordance with global best practice.
RelayWare System Design and Configuration
Once we have completed our commercial and technical design phase, we will create a customer-specific RelayWare configuration and implementation plan to ensure that once implemented, the systems delivers all of the specified functionality whilst providing seamless integration and data interaction with your legacy systems.
RelayWare System Implementation and Deployment
With the system configuration designed and approved by our customer, we will assign a project manager to oversee the implementation phase. Under our project manager’s leadership, our technical team will work closely with your IT functions on the back-end deployment of the systems. As appropriate they will ensure that our RelayWare system implementation seamlessly integrates with your legacy systems to ensure smooth data flow and data integrity and to minimize disruption, duplication of effort and unnecessary expense. Meanwhile, our commercial team will engage with sales, marketing and management to ensure the speedy and effective utilization of the system at the front end. In this way we ensure a rapid return on your investment.

We have developed a comprehensive training curriculum for our customers with which we can provide user training tailored to the role and needs of the delegate. Our aim is to ensure that sales people, marketers and managers can become expert users quickly and be able to take full advantage of the full functionality RelayWare can offer.
