Full post-implementation customer services for the RelayWare system and your user community can be provided with a range of flexible service level agreements up to and including 24 x 7. Our friendly customer services agents are experts in both the functionality and application of the RelayWare system in customer environments. We’re always available to provide user support, telephone or online training and step-by-step problem resolution.

Support Programs

In order to meet the diverse support requirement of our customers, we have developed a range of multi-channel service programs to meet every need and budget.

RelayWare support comes in a choice of three programs:

  • Standard
  • Premium
  • Premium Plus Administration

2 European hours only
3 Available in United States, Canada & Europe
4 All customizations implemented by RelayWare will be fully supported with an additional monthly support fee of 20% of the customization implementation cost in year one and 10% thereafter
