Independent Research Firm Names Relayware a Strong Performer for its Comprehensive Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Platform 

With Nearly Half of all Surveyed B2B Marketing Executives Reporting That They Plan to Either Expand Existing or are Interested in Implementing new Channel Management Software, Relayware’s Strengths are Recognized in new Analysis of PRM Vendors

Relayware received top scores for its partner portal, business planning and mobile and tablet support.

In its comprehensive analysis of the PRM marketplace, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of seven top PRM platform vendors.  Vendors were evaluated against 40 criteria, which were then grouped into three high-level categories including current offering, strategy and market presence.

The report highlighted that “Relayware PRM is a comprehensive, highly configurable platform with strong mobility,” and that [Relayware] “delivers a comprehensive set of PRM functionality on top of a business rules engine platform, which is readily extensible via its REST application platform interfaces (APIs).” 

Forrester cites that channel partners have adopted mobile technology faster than any other class of company.

In the Forrester Wave report, the firm highlighted Relayware’s mobile capabilities, saying that “the product reflects Relayware’s vision of supporting companies having mobile ecosystems, including a robust mobile app (for both IOS and Android), which delivers almost all of the same functionality that a partner would get via Relayware’s partner Website portal.”

25 percent of North American and European B2B marketing executives report they are expanding their channel management software implementations, with another 21 percent saying they’re either interested or planning to implement net new.
