“One size fits no one.” For example, you may have different types of partners. There are likely different professional roles at your channel partner organizations (e.g., marketing and sales). Tailor your onboarding to these specific paths.

“Don’t confuse training with learning.” Make sure you know how people learn. There are different forms of learning. Have variety in your lessons.

“If you can’t track it, then should you be doing it?” & “Automate and personalize.” So, make sure that your software supports the needs of you and your channel partners during onboarding.
