Relayware Partner Relationship Management

Technology Matters to Relayware

By Sandra Barkhuizen

At Relayware we prioritize balancing cutting edge technology with an easy-to-use experience for our customers. As such, we have bi-weekly town hall discussions where someone in the company presents on new technology or new industry initiative. This educational moment keeps us thinking, current and innovating.

One of the technologies that has me excited right now is Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), which we recently opened up server permission to allow our customers to use.

Why are our customers interested in SVG? They are:

  • Small file sizes that compress well
  • Scales to any size without losing clarity (except very tiny)
  • Looks great on retina displays
  • Design control like interactivity and filters using CSS or JavaScript

In today’s Technology Matters discussion, I’m showing my colleagues how to get SVG graphics to work with Relayware, and we’ll work with our customers so they have yet one more type of file type option to communicate with their channel partners.

Relayware is easy-to-use but also provides many options so a vendor can engage their partners many different ways.
